When you make fudge to take to work and share with your coworkers and they tell you that it is so good you need to sell it… that’s exactly what I did; I started selling my fudge to family members friends and coworkers about six years ago. That is how it all began.

My name is Karleen. I have been married for 18 years to my best friend Nick. We have a beautiful daughter and three amazing grandchildren. Adriana is 11, JB is 7 and Kaylee is 4. Making good fudge has been a great big blessing to us because of the fact that I have friends and family who are happy to buy it from us to help us to support our grandson JB. JB has special needs. He was born with Down Syndrome and has also been diagnosed with autism. He certainly keeps us on our toes but he teaches us so much more about life and about unconditional love. My family is my number one passion but making fudge is right under that. There are some days that I don’t have to make fudge and I honestly am a little sad because I love doing it.

Most of my family knows that is not uncommon to find me standing at the stove stirring fudge at midnight. There have been numerous times that I’ve had to convince myself that I need to stop and go to sleep. I guess when you love doing something as much as I love making fudge and creating all of these flavors it’s just hard to put it down. I am so blessed to have this opportunity to share my fudge creations with all of you.
